Bałtyckie Centrum Biznesu Sp. z o.o. (Baltic Business Centre Ltd) was established with the initial capital of PLN 300.000., paid entirely. The President of the Management Board is Mr Maciej Maciejczyk.

Mr Maciej Maciejczyk graduated from the Department of Management at the University of Gdańsk in 1999. He was involved in the real property business already as a student. Being a Member of the Management Board of P&P Gospodarstwo Rolne Sp. z o.o. he was in charge of privatising the Bąkowo Farming Cooperative in the 90s. He has been involved in the real property management ever since. In 2008, he commenced the PhD course at the Department of Management at the University of Gdańsk, where he is trying to synthesize his long professional experience at the Chair of Investments and Real Properties.
