In order to fulfil the aims of establishing the Baltic Business Centre firm, we are starting to work on the investment project of the BCB Business Park in Gdańsk Rębiechowo.

According to our premises, on the plot of about 11 ha located in Gdańsk Rębiechowo we are planning to carry out a commercial project dedicated to business (offices, a hotel and a conference centre).

The analysis of the business needs in this regard as well as the analysis of the TriCity office and hotel real property market have been conducted for us by Collieners International and Iluzja Sp. z o.o.
