On 15 June, the agreement was officially signed for drawing up the documentation of the BCB Business Park project in Gdańsk Rębiechowo with a well known Pomeranian designing firm, Grupa Projektowo-Inwestycyjna BASS Sp. z o.o.

On behalf of BASS, the agreement was signed by the President of the Management Board, Jacek Szymczak. BASS is one of the winners of the competition organised for the design of the BCB Business Park in Gdańsk Rębiechowo.

Achievements of BASS include:

• 1st degree award of the Physical Culture and Tourism Agency for the best designed and executed sport hall in 1998,
• The main award in the contest of the Dziennik Bałtycki daily for the Best Housing Estate in the TriCity in 2001, for the ‘Moje Marzenie’ estate,
• The award of the President of Sopot for the ‘Investment of 2004’, for the Hospice in Sopot.

Moreover, the Company has designed and executed more than 200 public utility, housing, sacral and sport facilities.
