On 11 September, Grupa Projektowo-Inwestycyjna BASS Sp. z o.o., the company contracted to draw up the architectural design of the BCB Business Park, presented the ‘Development Study’ of the whole area of the future investment.

The Development Study (‘Study’) has been prepared based on the architectural concept design submitted by the Studio within the competition, taking account of the amendments made during working meetings.

The BCB Business Park Project in Gdańsk Rębiechowo is divided into stages and comprises the following items:

• 5 office buildings with garage halls and restaurants (service points) on the ground floors of the buildings,
• a conference-exhibition centre located in 3 connected buildings,
• a hotel.

BCB Business Park is located:

• 1 minute walk from a new terminal to be constructed in the present Słowackiego Street,
• 8 minutes walk from the present Lech Walesa Airport in Gdańsk Rębiechowo,
• 5 minutes drive from the TriCity Bypass, the main fast communication artery within Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia connected to the A1 motorway towards Łódź, and
• 20 minutes drive from the Gdańsk City Centre (railway and coach stations and city offices).
