On 5 October, the Regional Business Forum organised by Roadshow Polska was held at the Conference Centre of Sheraton Hotel, Sopot.

This year’s MIPIM show in Cannes was one of the largest fair and conference events dedicated to real properties and investments in Europe, Asia and North America.

MIPIM is much more than exhibitors and their stands, as it includes very important accompanying events.

The largest global investment event, MIPIM’11, Cannes, has opened officially today.

On 8-11 March 2001, the Bałtyckie Centrum Biznesu will be represented at the largest European investment fair MIPIM The world`s property market, Cannes, France.

On 4-6 November, one of the largest events to promote Poland among foreign investors was held in Gdańsk – Polish Investforum 2010.

On 9-10 October 2010, the Jubilee 10^th International Economic Forum in Gdynia was held.

On 17 June, we announced the competition for the General Contractor of the 1st stage of constructing the BCB Business Park. The intense work on appraising the received offers was completed on 30 September 2010.

On 4 March 2010, the decision issued by the President of the City of Gdańsk on the construction permit for the first phase of the BCB Business Park project became valid.

The authorised capital raised to PLN 15,000.000.00

On 2 December 2009, the authorised capital of Bałtyckie Centrum Biznesu Sp. z o.o. was increased.

Within the pursue of the promotion strategy of the Bałtyckie Centrum Biznesu, we are launching a new version of our website.

On 11 September, Grupa Projektowo-Inwestycyjna BASS Sp. z o.o., the company contracted to draw up the architectural design of the BCB Business Park, presented the ‘Development Study’ of the whole area of the future investment.

On 1 September 2009, the BCB Real Property Agency was launched officially.

On 1 August, we celebrated the first anniversary of establishing the Company.

On 15 June, the agreement was officially signed for drawing up the documentation of the BCB Business Park project in Gdańsk Rębiechowo with a well known Pomeranian designing firm, Grupa Projektowo-Inwestycyjna BASS Sp. z o.o.

The highlight of the competition was the exhibition of submissions with a banquet organised by the Management Board at the Haffner Hotel on 16 May. The deadline for filing submissions was 10 April. BCB funded awards for the total of PLN 225 thousand.
