We are proud to announce that Bałtyckie Centrum Biznesu Sp. z o.o. was the main sponsor of the European Day Gala 2009 organised by the Centre of European Integration Studies at the University of Gdańsk. On 8 May, the celebrations of the European Day were held at the Sopot Forest Opera together with the final of the sixth edition of the ‘Poland in EU’ competition for the secondary school students.

The Bałtyckie Centrum Biznesu, apart from its core economic business, wants to support the younger generation, which is the future of the TriCity, Poland and Europe. While thinking globally, both the Management Board of the Company and the Shareholders believe that the financial support for the education and upbringing of youth should start locally and regionally.

Speeches were delivered during the official ceremony by the Marshal of the Pomorskie Voivodeship, Jan Kozłowski, the President of BCB, Maciej Maciejczyk, and the distinguished representatives of the University of Gdańsk. The highlights of the artistic part of the Gala were the academic choir of the University of Gdańsk, the Chatelet Cabaret and the Golden Life band.
